For the first time in Jalilabad region, the “Abad Yard” park is being built on an area of 2,500 square meters in the courtyard of buildings No. 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22, located on Zarifa Aliyeva Street, at the expense of extra-budgetary revenues.
For the efficient organization of residents’ leisure time, chatrooms and seats will be placed in the courtyard of the buildings, and various types of children’s play elements and sports facilities will be installed. It is planned to build a new lighting system and install modern light poles in the courtyard of the buildings.
